In the 1861 census Jane Goldsworthy age was shown as 61.   She was widowed and a grocer.   She was living at 35 Fore Street, Shaldon in the parish of St. Nicholas, Devon with her widower brother John Goldsworthy.

Her death was registered in Newton Abbott district, Volume 5b, Page 90.
